Complex Management & Technical Solutions

Strategic clarity for high-stakes initiatives.
Large-scale infrastructure requires more than good intentions. I deliver the full architecture of project implementation - from vision to execution, across legal, technical, and governance layers.

typical scope:

This service is relevant where a clear need exists, but the solution path is complex or blocked by internal limitations. My role is to unlock movement, provide structure, and deliver results when internal resources or perspective are not enough.

SERVICE TYPES:

When what’s needed is not a single decision, but a functioning system of decisions. When success is not just about procurement, but about making things work.

  • Advisory on high-value investments (€10M to €100M+).

  • Complex portfolio governance.

  • Internal needs scoping and conversion into technical briefs.

  • Procurement structure and oversight.

  • Organisational and compensation system design in technical sectors.

  • Stakeholder and institutional alignment in politically sensitive urban projects.

Selected projects:

  • Vilnius Conference Centre project – from early-stage visioning to operational modelling together with the client and key stakeholders.

  • Procurement of design services under public procurement law following an architectural competition, where the organisation negotiates with three selected winners. Preparation of technical procurement documentation, design brief, procurement, and negotiation strategy.

  • Representation of a manufacturing organisation in overseeing and coordinating the design phase.

  • Client-side representation in the procurement of general contracting services – from project initiation, identification of internal needs, preparation of documentation, and coordination of the process to contract signing.

  • Operational restructuring of a manufacturing company – implementation of performance measurement tools, compensation policy development, and organisational efficiency framework design.

  • Establishment and management of a Project Management Office (PMO) in a service company – introduction of project governance and oversight tools, project portfolio development and prioritisation, change and risk control.
